– To willingly sit within your own smallness — with your shadows, pain, frustration, limiting beliefs, weakness, and victimhood. Even when you think you don’t need this, you stay seated, because you’ve sunk so deep you no longer know how to continue, how or where to climb next. The force that keeps you here is stronger. You know you must climb out, that you are capable of more — yet your legs are so heavy it’s hard to move them in the mire you sit in. And still, from this place, much that is good, beautiful, strong, and once unimaginable is born.

But you are so deep … so deep ...

BREAK.ING.OUT

– When you have descended into that dark underworld of yourself, looked your fears straight in the eye, seen what hides behind the blackness, felt it — down to the bone. And then, at some moment, it hits you: it isn’t you who is small, but the environment that no longer fits — too narrow, too tight, suppressing your strength. Enough. No more. You want to live, not merely survive — to experience a living life. You make the decision and break through this boundary, this wall that stands in your way,
to finally encounter your true self...

– You return, you are reborn, and you continue … You are the same — yet different. You climb to the next level, one that is anything but simple. It’s not easy to pull yourself out, to wash off the mud you once sat in. No one can tell how long it will take. You crawl, you scrape, you climb, you cleanse — but the difference now is that you know you can. You can do much more, and you are greater than you ever believed. What was before no longer fits, yet you don’t yet know how it should be from here. The old ways won’t work, and the new ones are still unknown…

So you keep rising — slowly — trusting ...
