FULL IN ITSELF

“Full in Itself” explores silence as sonic vibration and presence as an active practice. Here, silence is understood not as emptiness, but as a dense field of sound, breath, bodily tension, and spatial resonance.

The performance offers a space in which the audience encounters its own expectations, discomfort, boredom, inner noise, or conversely, calm and stillness, allowing these sensations to become part of the performative process.

Elīza is an interdisciplinary artist working across photography, graphic design, performance art, and video. Her practice focuses on the inner world of the individual, emphasising the search for inner peace – its subtle processes, psychological challenges, and transformative potential. Through projects rooted in personal experience, she courageously reveals fragments of her own story, seeking ways to transform the inexpressible into movement, presence, and sensation.
